Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a POS & Payments Project Manager, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Ensure successful achievement of POS and payments implementation and migration project Lead the planning, organization, management, execution, and delivery Collaborate with multiple stakeholders/sponsors/vendors, large project teams (usually in multiple locations), operating across the enterprise ecosystem and involving multiple business units A trusted partner to all stakeholders and ensure alignment vertically and horizontally as change occurs Perform project and change management responsibilities related to projects spanning multiple business functions Integrate smoothly with established Project Management within functional areas Ensure clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities for key program/project goals Partner with Project Managers, department heads, and leaders in various functional areas as required Adopt and implement best practices, project methodology, and framework across technical and functional areas as required Partner across the business units to develop transition plans, including ongoing success measures Review project deliverables for accuracy and provide assistance and mentoring to others Set and manage client expectations, manage and escalate issues, and change when appropriate Coordinate resource needs and manage assigned resources within and across projects Accountable for driving and tracking program/project milestones Establish major milestones, dependencies between functional project plans and/or areas, build over-arching schedule, and adoption and benefit realization plans Provide accurate forecasting of project capital and resources required to deliver projects Quantify accurate levels of risk to the program/project and can articulate impacts to the business while developing risk mitigation strategies or solution options Deliver projects within scope, on time, and within budget Strategize and understand organizational strengths and corporate vision and identify points within programs or projects to drive integration between the two Qualifications (Nice to have): PMP Certification Agile Certification or experience working with agile Change Management experience The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $195,000 or the hourly equivalent.
