Job Role PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Core HR and Payroll for North America Location Los Angeles, CA - Onsite Preferred - But also open for remote Job type: Contract Duration: Long Term Requirement: Position Summary: Job Title PeopleSoft HCM Techno-Functional Core HR and Payroll for North America Work Location Los Angeles, CA Remote Work option available? Yes (preferably LA, but open to remote if there is a strong resource available elsewhere) Job Description • PS HCM techno-functional resource working in a development/implementation project • Experience in PeopleSoft HCM - Core HR and payroll. Hands-on Experience in SQR's and App engines. • Work closely with client manager and business partners for requirements gathering and planning • Understand the requirements and translate those into technical design documents • Prepare project plan and SOW based on customer requirements • Coordinate with offshore team members/developers to deliver the requirements and provide consultation on functional / application workflow • Prepare / Review test scripts and perform system testing. Assist in user acceptance testing. • Project management experience will be an added advantage • Responsible for managing project deliverables Mandatory Skills (Top 3) PeopleSoft Functional Core HR and Payroll for North America PeopleSoft Technical - AE, SQR Strong communication skills for customer facing role.
