Title: Junior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Employment Type: W2 (No C2C) Location: Multiple Locations across the USA (Remote/Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time / Contract Junior Business Systems Analysts (BSA) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to start or grow their career in business systems analysis, supporting a variety of projects in finance, healthcare, and technology sectors. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements. Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, validating results, and documenting feedback. Help analyze system workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements. Required Skills 0 3 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role (internship experience is acceptable). Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies. Familiarity with business process modeling, data mapping, and use-case creation. Basic knowledge of SQL or reporting tools for data validation is a plus. Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
