About The Role JetBlue is seeking two experienced Delivery Managers to oversee the full lifecycle of key digital and technology products. This role is similar to a Project Manager, but with broader responsibility for the entire product from strategy and roadmap to delivery and ongoing improvement. You ll work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to ensure each initiative delivers clear business value. Key Responsibilities • Own end-to-end delivery of assigned products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define what will be built and why, setting clear outcomes and success metrics. • Plan and manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation. • Facilitate agile ceremonies, remove roadblocks, and drive continuous improvement. • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring transparency and accountability. Required Skills & Experience • 6+ years in Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar roles in a product-driven environment. • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable delivery plans. • Airline or travel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
