Irvine CA Job Description: >> Provide 24x7 support for Keep the Lights On (KTLO) operations >> Respond to incidents, alerts, and escalations for production systems >> Assist in building and configuring new cloud instances in AWS >> Execute critical patching using CrowdStrike s internal tools >> Set up and maintain observability tests using Grafana, Prometheus, and CrowdStrike s internal tools >> Conduct performance tuning for applications and databases >> Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and architecture diagrams Requirements: >> Deep expertise in AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, CloudTrail) >> Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation >> Experience with AWS Control Tower, EKS, and multi-cloud environments (Google Cloud Platform, OCI) >> Hands-on with Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitOps, and CodeFresh for pipeline automation >> Scripting skills in Python, Shell, or GoLang for automation >> Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Splunk, and CloudWatch
