Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated cybersecurity professional to join the Enterprise Government Cybersecurity team as a Cybersecurity Oversight and Classified Operations Manager in El Segundo, CA. The first line manager will lead their assigned team resulting in value-added cybersecurity risk management services to our Government programs' classified infrastructures to meet company and business partner objectives and to protect the warfighter. Position Responsibilities: • Fosters an environment for individual development, teamwork, effective performance management and open communication • Manages employees performing information security technical activities in accordance with policy related to the Risk Management Framework (RMF) • Supports efforts necessary to obtain/maintain an Authority to Operate (ATO) and inspection readiness • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of subordinates and other stakeholders and leads process improvements • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes • Assists and leads in the interview and selection process of new employees Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years • Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM) • Active Counter-Intelligence (CI) Polygraph with an ability to obtain a Full Scope (FS) polygraph • 5+ years of experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams on large-scale technology development programs • 5+ of experience working with cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series • Experience in conflict resolution and/or mediation • Experience in leading teams and team development • Experience in Agile Project Management Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience • Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM) • Experience with project management in a leadership capacity • Experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality was paramount • Experience developing and managing strong relationships with partners (internal & external) and government customers and representatives • Experience working with a Government Agency in a compliance capacity Drug Free Workplace: Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana, cocaine, opioids, amphetamines, PCP, and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.
