This role focuses on managing inbound and outbound sales activities, supporting existing accounts, and developing new business through proactive outreach. Key Responsibilities • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and inquiries to drive new business and support existing customers. • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, or solutions. • Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospective customers, tracking activities in CRM or sales software. • Prepare and deliver sales quotes, proposals, and product information. • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to support repeat business. • Maintain accurate sales records, activity logs, and reports within the company CRM system. • Meet or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and productivity goals.
