Key Responsibilities • Lead and strengthen impact measurement systems and data infrastructure • Design and implement a centralized, AI-powered research repository • Manage a team of researchers and support business development and proposal strategies Required Qualifications • 12+ years of experience in applied research, evaluation, or data strategy • Extensive experience in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies • Proficiency in labor market intelligence analyses and data visualization tools • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams • Strong writing and proposal development skills
