Base pay range75,000.00 / yr - $90,000.00 / yr LHH is partnering with a well-regarded client in the home decor space in North Carolina to hire a Social Media Manager for an hybrid role in the Triad. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing both organic and paid social media, along with a strong eye for visual content and brand aesthetics. A portfolio is required for consideration. Key Responsibilities : Drive Social Strategy :Own the development and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand goals and enhances visibility across all platforms. Create Compelling Content :Produce original, platform-tailored content—including graphics, short-form videos, and written posts. Collaborate with internal and external creators to ensure a consistent and engaging brand voice. Campaign Management :Plan and manage paid social campaigns from start to finish, including performance tracking and ongoing optimization. Performance Insights :Monitor both organic and paid social metrics, delivering actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Community Engagement :Lead day-to-day community management efforts, fostering meaningful interactions and responding to audience feedback. Influencer Partnerships :Identify and engage with influencers, manage outreach, and coordinate campaign logistics to amplify brand messaging. Content Calendar Oversight :Maintain a dynamic social media calendar and work closely with the digital team to align content across channels. Cross-Functional Collaboration :Coordinate with various departments to integrate partner and business unit content into the broader digital strategy. Trendspotting :Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital and social media, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team. Requirements : Bachelor's Degree 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience building and executing social strategies. Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, bolthires, and X. Skilled in Sprout Social, Later, or Hootsuite. Strong content creation skills—writing, imagery, and some short-form video. Familiar with Canva, Photoshop, and basic video editing tools like CapCut or Premiere Pro. Knowledge of paid social campaigns and Meta Ads Manager. Detail oriented with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
