The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can design and implement HR processes that align with our company's vision and goals. This role offers a great platform to drive change and create a significant impact on the future of our organization. Responsibilities: 1. Provide leadership, direction, and management to the HR team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's strategic goals. 2. Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that will foster a high-performance culture emphasizing empowerment, productivity, goal attainment, and standards of the workforce. 3. Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain high-quality employees. 4. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations when necessary. 5. Identify training needs for teams and individuals, and design training programs to enhance their skills and performance. 6. Establish and monitor HR metrics to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives, and guide decision-making. 7. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, updating policies, and procedures as needed. 8. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry. 3. Demonstrated ability to design and implement HR strategies and processes. 4. Strong knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, etc.) 5. Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record in developing people and driving high performance. 6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization. 7. Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processes. 8. Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office. 9. Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
