Unlmited growth potential and outstanding mentorship Job Details Job Details: Our firm is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and passionate Labor & Employment Attorney to join our team. This is a permanent, fully remote position, offering the unique opportunity to work from anywhere. You will be working on the plaintiff-side only, and there are no billable hours required, allowing for a balanced work-life. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients, who are predominantly employees and labor unions. If you have a strong background in labor and employment law, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for social justice, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of labor and employment-related matters. • Represent clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters. • Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. • Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to develop case strategies. • Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and legal briefs. • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. • Advocate for the rights of employees and labor unions. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current labor and employment laws. • Work collaboratively with our team to develop strategies for litigation. • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel. Qualifications: • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Labor & Employment Attorney. • Must be licensed to practice law in California. • Proven experience with Hour or equivalent. • Exceptional research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. • Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to handle a high volume of cases. • Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation to our clients. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong work ethic, with the ability to work in a fully remote environment. • Passion for labor and employment law and a commitment to social justice.
