This biopharma company is scaling fast. We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst who can translate business needs into clean, validated technology solutions. You’ll sit at the center of users, vendors, and IT: owning requirements, configuration, testing, and change control for systems that power a regulated, life-sciences environment. What you’ll do Be the bridge: Elicit, document, and manage business & functional requirements (use cases, user stories, UI flows), then partner with IT and vendors to turn them into working solutions. Map & improve processes: Analyze current/future state, uncover trends and gaps, and recommend process and system improvements that lift accuracy, speed, and compliance. Configure & administer systems: Support user/role management, settings, and environment configuration across enterprise apps; maintain technical manuals and user guides. Validate in a regulated environment: Contribute to validation plans/reports (IQ/OQ/PQ), test scripts, and evidence; support change control and documentation to the companies policies and industry regulations. Own testing end-to-end: Build test cases, manage unit/integration/UAT, track defects, and sign off on releases. Run projects with discipline: Use light project management (timelines, risks, RAID, stakeholder comms) to deliver enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations on time. Keep us running: Triage service requests/incidents, monitor performance & security, and coordinate vendor fixes. Enable the business: Create dashboards and reports (Power BI/Excel) that turn data into decisions; train users and craft quick-reference guides. Stay current: Track IT/biopharma best practices (ITIL, SDLC, Agile/Waterfall/Kanban, cloud SaaS “configure vs. customize”) and bring practical ideas to the team. This role is comparable to a Business Systems Analyst role but on the clinical applications side. The types of technologies you need to be proficient in are: Veeva Clinical, Veeva RIMS, Veeva Quality Docs, QMS, Montrum, IRT, EDC , Suvoda IRT and a few others What you bring Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Technical foundation: Understanding of IT infrastructure & applications, troubleshooting, integrations, and security basics; comfort with MS Office/Windows, Lucidchart/Visio, and cloud documentation tools. Analysis & communication: Sharp analytical/problem-solving skills; clear written & verbal communication with users, SMEs, and vendors. Methodologies (nice to have): ITIL familiarity; SDLC and Agile/Waterfall/Kanban experience; (A)CSPO, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification a plus. How you’ll work Compliance mindset: Comfortable contributing to risk/impact analyses, validation evidence, and change controls that meet regulatory expectations. Collaboration: Builds a strong internal/vendor network to remove blockers and finish the job. Judgment: Knows when to click-to-configure vs. request custom development in SaaS products. Pace: Thrives in complex, fast-moving projects and meets tight deadlines with quality. Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
