This is a hybrid role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for cultivating a positive and productive work environment. You will be instrumental in shaping our HR strategy, fostering a company culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and inclusivity, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with our company's mission and business objectives. • Promote an engaging company culture that values diversity, fosters innovation, and drives performance. • Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent. • Ensure compliance with all AAP, EEO, VETS, immigration, and 1099 regulations. • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices. • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. • Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, to maintain a positive and productive work environment. • Oversee compensation, training, and career pathing programs to support employee development and retention. • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering an environment of growth and development. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP) is a plus. • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in the Manufacturing industry. • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives. • Strong knowledge of AAP, EEO, VETS, immigration, and 1099 compliance. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. • Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems. • Strong understanding of compensation, training, and career pathing strategies. • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and inclusive company culture. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
