Job Details Job Details We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting Epic Certified Cadence Analyst to join our dynamic team within the Healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing existing software applications, as well as designing, building, testing, and supporting new applications and modules. The analyst will work closely with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests. Responsibilities The Consulting Epic Certified Cadence Analyst will be expected to achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application. The Analyst will be focused on Decision Tree build for onboarding specialties to our centralized Patient Call Center, build related to implementing new requests, optimization of current workflows, Nova upgrade notes, input as needed for integration projects across the health system, and assisting with high-priority break-fix tickets. The Analyst will also be responsible for the break-fix problem investigation and resolution, Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes, new DEP Cadence Build, and referrals and referral order build. Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a Cadence Certification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. They should have extensive experience with Decision Tree building and maintenance of existing ones. Experience with break-fix problem investigation and resolution, Nova (Epic Upgrade) notes, new DEP Cadence Build, and referrals and referral order build is highly preferred.
