Construction Superintendent (Traveling, Multifamily) Location: Noblesville, IN Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr We are a well-established general contractor specializing in large-scale commercial, residential and multifamily developments. Why join us? • Competitive salary (based on experience) • Health, dental, vision benefits • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Professional development and training opportunities • Vehicle allowance or company vehicle (if applicable) • Work on impactful, design-driven residential communities • Be part of a company with a reputation for quality craftsmanship • Lead on projects from groundbreaking through turnover • Collaborate in a team-oriented, supportive environment Key Responsibilities • Lead day-to-day field operations, supervising multiple trades and field personnel • Interpret and enforce construction plans, drawings, and specifications • Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, including critical-path items • Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics • Enforce safety policies and promote a culture of proactive jobsite safety • Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation (e.g., RFIs, submittals, change orders) • Inspect work regularly to ensure quality meets contract documents • Support project close‑out punch lists, final inspections, turnover • Communicate regularly with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients • Mentor and lead assistant superintendents or field staff, as needed Qualifications • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large-scale residential or multifamily construction projects • Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, and safety regulations • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills • Proficient with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office) • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel to job sites as required • OSHA 30‑hour certification or equivalent preferred Interested in hearing more?
