This role is the strategic orchestrator between the global headquarters and the regional teams. Responsibilities include overseeing strategic coordination, financial/administrative oversight, and ensuring legal/compliance across the region. Reports to the President - Americas. Requirements: • Significant travel (up to 40–50%) • Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field. • 10+ years of experience in corporate operations or executive leadership. • Proven success managing cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Legal, and Government Relations (GR), in a global organization. • Must possess strong strategic thinking, organizational governance, and excellent communication skills (Chinese language skills a big plus) • Current or previous experience with Global companies (Chinese preferred) • Relocation is an option Interested in hearing more?
