Role Overview: As a 100% Remote Inside Sales Representative specializing in Facility Service Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the Pennsylvania territory. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can build strong client relationships remotely while understanding the unique needs of the local market. What You'll Do: - You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Pennsylvania territory, ensuring their facility service needs are met. - You will conduct outbound sales calls and virtual meetings to identify new business opportunities. - You will develop tailored service proposals that align with client requirements and company capabilities. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position our services. - You will meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will provide exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in facility services or a related industry. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a remote work environment. - You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are highly organized with strong time management abilities. - You have proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You reside in Pennsylvania and have a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with facility management or service solutions sales. - Familiarity with virtual sales tools and platforms. - A background in customer relationship management and account growth. - Additional certifications related to sales or facility services.
