Role Overview: As a 100% Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the Pennsylvania territory by promoting our facility service solutions. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is familiar with the local market and can effectively manage client relationships remotely. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and engage potential clients within the Pennsylvania territory to generate new business opportunities. - You will manage and nurture existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. - You will conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our facility service solutions. - You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase market penetration. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to company growth. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - You will provide exceptional customer service to build strong, long-lasting client relationships. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in facility services or a related industry. - You possess strong knowledge of the Pennsylvania market and its business landscape. - You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. - You are proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - You have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with facility service solutions or B2B sales. - Familiarity with virtual sales tools and platforms. - Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management. - A network of contacts within the Pennsylvania business community.
