Role Overview: As a 100% Remote Inside Sales Representative specializing in Facility Service Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within the Pennsylvania territory. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is familiar with the local market and can effectively manage client relationships remotely to meet and exceed sales targets. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and engage potential clients within the Pennsylvania territory to generate new business opportunities. - You will manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - You will conduct virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs. - You will collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software. - You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly. - You will meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - You will participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in facility services or related industries. - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a remote sales environment. - Strong knowledge of the Pennsylvania market and its business landscape. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport remotely. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience selling facility management or janitorial services. - Familiarity with virtual sales tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms. - Previous experience working in a fully remote sales role. - Additional certifications in sales or customer relationship management.
