This position requires a self-motivated individual who is familiar with the local market and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and tailored facility solutions. What You'll Do: - You will proactively identify and engage potential clients within the Pennsylvania territory to generate new business opportunities. - You will manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. - You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. - You will collaborate with internal teams to customize facility service solutions that meet client needs. - You will track and report sales activities and performance metrics to management. - You will stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our services. - You will participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge. What You Bring: - You have at least 3 years of inside sales experience, preferably in facility services or a related industry. - You possess strong knowledge of the Pennsylvania market and its business landscape. - You demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. - You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely with a proven track record of self-motivation and discipline. - Familiarity with facility management software and service contracts. - A background in B2B sales within the service industry. - Additional certifications related to sales or facility management.
