Overview Our client, a rapidly scaling home improvement company, is looking for a driven and strategic Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. This isn’t just a sales role — it’s a launchpad for someone ready to develop into a leadership or management position as the company continues to greenfield new territories. You’ll start by mastering high-value, in-person consultations with homeowners, driving results through trust, strategy, and expert product knowledge. As you grow, you’ll have the opportunity to lead teams, influence business direction, and help shape new markets from the ground up. Day to day details: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts that align with company goals. • Collaborate with internal business units (marketing, management, QA and customer service) to create targeted campaigns that drive sales growth. • Utilize internal CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on pipeline progress. • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. • Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Qualifications • Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, account management, or related fields. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly. • Strong analytical skills to assess trends and make data-driven decisions. • Demonstrated ability in business development strategies that drive revenue growth. • Leadership experience is preferred, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
