Mission JobHire.AI is a personal AI agent for continuous professional development and happiness at work Role We are looking for a Senior Marketing Project Manager (Marketing Operations & Hypotheses Management) to build and operate a transparent marketing operating system. The role focuses on connecting OKRs, hypotheses, tasks, and results into a single working flow, supported by tooling and clear PM ownership. This PM takes responsibility for how marketing initiatives — including technical and analytical ones — are structured, tracked, and delivered, so that marketing decisions are made faster and based on real data, not manual coordination. You will work closely with marketing teams (Performance, SEO, Influencers, CRM, Brand), Product, Analytics, Development, and external vendors. What You’ll Do Build and maintain a hypotheses-driven workflow, where all initiatives (marketing, technical, analytical, and process changes) are treated as hypotheses. Cascade marketing OKRs into hypotheses and operational tasks, ensuring a clear link between goals, initiatives, and outcomes. Design and support a unified but flexible task-tracking flow, adapted to existing team processes and tools, without forcing rigid standardization. Take full PM ownership of cross-team technical and analytical initiatives (integrations, tracking, BI, automation), removing the need for stakeholders to act as project managers. Define and maintain clear PM rules for such initiatives: intake, prioritization, roles, status cadences, acceptance criteria, and communication. Ensure transparency of priorities, statuses, and results across teams, reducing manual status reporting and coordination overhead. Continuously improve processes and tooling through process hypotheses, evaluating their impact on decision-making speed, transparency, and execution quality. Projects at the Start You will take PM ownership of cross-team initiatives such as: Automation of creative uploads to advertising platforms. Integration of partner platforms (e.g., Affise or similar), including event schemas, server-to-server conversion notifications, and attribution logic. Restoration and validation of conversion tracking (browser-side vs server-side). Launch of partner program performance dashboards together with BI/DWH teams. Experimentation with AI-powered workflows (e.g., creative or operational automation), treated as measurable hypotheses. All projects are managed through a common hypotheses and tracking framework rather than as standalone technical tasks. Expected Results in the First Month Clear understanding of current marketing OKRs, hypotheses, ongoing initiatives, tools, and constraints. A first working version of a unified tracking flow is live, reflecting goals, hypotheses, tasks, owners, and statuses. An initial end-to-end hypotheses cycle is launched and used in practice. PM ownership is established for key technical and analytical initiatives, so stakeholders are no longer acting as PMs. Documented and visualized the current workflow: how hypotheses and tasks emerge, where they are managed, and how they are tracked. Launched a basic version of unified tracking, leveraging existing tools and processes. Ensured alignment between goals, hypotheses, and tasks within the tools. Taken over the support and coordination of the workflow. Assumed the Project Manager role for ongoing technical and analytical initiatives (integrations, tracking, automation, BI). In 3–6 months: A unified hypothesis and task management flow is regularly used in marketing operations. Tracking tool(s) reflect real team processes, provide transparency on statuses, priorities, and results, and help synchronize work without manual data consolidation. Hypotheses, technical, and analytical initiatives are managed through a common process and toolset. Initial improvements and automations have been implemented to simplify tracking and execution control. Team leads use the system as a source of information for decision-making. The PM consistently manages all cross-team technical and analytical projects. Stakeholders understand how to work with such tasks. In one year: Marketing has established a stable, flexible tracking system that supports the hypothesis management process. OKRs, hypotheses, tasks, and results are interconnected in tools and clear to all participants. The system is tailored to teams and can evolve without constant "reboots." Transparency and interconnected information accelerate decision-making and reduce operational load. A clear process framework is in place (roles, rules, communications, status updates). Technical and analytical initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the overall hypothesis and goal flow. Must Have Strong experience as a PM / Delivery Manager / Operations PM in cross-functional environments with real business impact. Practical experience working with hypotheses cycles (HADI, ICE, or similar) and adapting them to real team contexts. Experience working with OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks and cascading goals into hypotheses and tasks. Hands-on experience with task-tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Linear, YouTrack, Notion (one or several). Experience building a unified task-tracking flow across multiple tools and teams. Proven PM ownership of technical and analytical initiatives, including integrations, tracking, analytics, or automation. Ability to work with legacy processes and tools, finding adaptive and minimally invasive solutions. Experience operating on real business outcomes, not only internal or R&D processes. Strong written and verbal communication skills. English and Russian. Nice to Have Experience in MarTech, AdTech, or Growth environments. Experience with partner platforms (e.g., Affise or similar). Experience working with BI and DWH tools (e.g., BigQuery, ClickHouse, Looker, Metabase, Power BI). Experience with automation (API-based, no-code/low-code tools). Experience experimenting with AI-based workflows in marketing or operations. Experience working in fast-growing or high-uncertainty environments. We keep our hiring process quick and simple: • HR Introduction Call • Team Interviews • Reference Check (with prior managers) JobHire.AI is mission-driven, fastest-growing, and profitable global company.
