About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and action-oriented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing usage of blithequark's services within the schools we serve. You will work closely with our Account Management and Implementation teams to establish a robust infrastructure for school support, focusing on building strong relationships with school partners, including school mental health and physical health staff, principals, and their communities. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with school partners, including regular meetings and communications to drive engagement and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction. Identify and proactively resolve complex customer issues, advocating for the customer's needs across blithequark. Provide regular internal reporting on account health, including usage metrics, satisfaction levels, and overall impact. Accurately enter customer-related activities, communication, market data, and critical issues into a CRM, ensuring all insights are integrated into strategic account planning. Attend and facilitate strategic district-wide, school-specific, and community events, playing an active role in achieving our mission to increase access to care. You should be a self-starter with a demonstrated capacity for following through on commitments and scheduled events. A strong ability to learn, absorb, and quickly develop your knowledge of changing business and customer demands is essential. Essential Qualifications Experience working with children in diverse socio-economic environments. Prior experience with schools, which could be an excellent opportunity for former teachers and school staff transitioning out of the classroom. Meet specific fingerprinting requirements for DOJ-cleared access to work on a school campus. Ability to travel for approximately 80% of the time. Must currently reside in Orange County, CA. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience within start-up or hyper-growth environments. Existing relationships in Orange County, CA. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits The total compensation for this role is market-competitive, with a base salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, up to $10,000 annual bonus, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
