This role offers an exciting opportunity for early-career software engineers to gain hands-on experience in identity and access management (IAM). You will contribute to developing, testing, and maintaining software applications that support secure authentication and identity solutions. The position allows you to learn foundational IAM concepts while collaborating closely with experienced engineers and team leads. You will be involved in debugging, documenting, and improving software, helping to ensure reliability and performance. This is a fully remote role with occasional travel for training or team meetings, providing flexibility while offering exposure to real-world cybersecurity challenges. Accountabilities: Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications based on business requirements. Perform debugging and troubleshooting using relevant tools to identify and resolve software issues. Participate in code reviews to maintain quality, functionality, and adherence to standards. Document coding and design activities necessary for installation, maintenance, and operation of software. Contribute to modifying and improving software to enhance performance and reliability. Estimate time and materials required for project tasks, working under guidance from senior engineers. Stay updated on emerging technologies and programming languages relevant to software development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Familiarity with ForgeRock or similar IAM technologies. 0–3 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or application programming. Strong interest in cybersecurity and identity management. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and follow technical guidance. Preferred: Master’s degree or hands-on experience with ForgeRock. Passion for contributing to a culture of continuous improvement in technology solutions.
