This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Blackpoint Cyber. We are currently looking for a VP, Customer Growth in United States. As VP, Customer Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the post-sale customer journey, leading both the Account Management and Client Success teams to deliver measurable value and growth. This executive position requires a strategic, hands-on leader who can foster strong customer relationships, drive retention and expansion, and champion the customer voice across the organization. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and SOC teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and long-term satisfaction. With a focus on building scalable processes, forecasting accurately, and delivering exceptional client experiences, you’ll directly impact the organization’s growth and market leadership. Accountabilities In this role, you will: Lead, coach, and scale Client Success and Account Management teams, instilling a culture of accountability and excellence. Define and implement strategies to increase renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities. Build strong executive relationships with key customers, serving as an escalation point for critical issues. Drive Quarterly Business Reviews and high-level client engagement initiatives. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Technical Support, and SOC to enhance customer satisfaction and influence service delivery. Track and report on key performance indicators such as adoption, expansion, customer health, and retention. Oversee seamless onboarding, training, and support processes that ensure long-term customer success. Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to deliver accurate forecasts and business insights to leadership. To succeed in this role, you should bring: 7+ years in customer-facing roles, including at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Strong experience in driving measurable growth through retention, upsell, and expansion strategies. Background in consulting, investment banking, or investing at an associate/manager level preferred. Proven leadership with the ability to motivate teams, hold them accountable, and deliver cross-functional initiatives. Excellent communication, executive presence, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with experience in metrics-driven performance management. Familiarity with churn prediction, customer health scoring, onboarding SLAs, and revenue forecasting. Experience in cybersecurity or MSP environments is a plus. MBA preferred but not required. A proactive, adaptable mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
