Build and inspire a world-class sales team through effective hiring, training, and management. Forge strategic, long-term relationships with executive decision-makers. Champion the company's value proposition, securing major contracts. Collaborate across functions to align offerings with customer needs. Stay ahead of market trends to adapt sales strategy accordingly. Build a robust sales pipeline with risk management and accurate forecasting. Lead high-value negotiations to secure beneficial contract terms. Requirements Proven senior sales leadership experience (10+ years) in relevant sectors. Track record of driving significant revenue growth and meeting quotas. Experience selling to enterprise-level and hyperscale customers. Deep understanding of data center value propositions and market dynamics. Strong strategic thinking and ability to create executable sales plans. Excellent people leader with experience in team development. Strong negotiation skills, comfortable with complex sales processes. Proficient in Salesforce and sales performance reporting tools.
