You will oversee the full business development cycle, from market analysis and prospecting to contract negotiation and execution, while cultivating lasting relationships with clients and industry partners. Negotiate contracts, manage full sales cycles, and collaborate with senior leadership on strategic opportunities. Build and sustain trusted client relationships, proactively identifying at-risk accounts and implementing retention strategies. Lead structured renewal processes and multi-year client engagement initiatives. Serve as a primary liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, seamless execution, and elevated client service. Translate client insights into actionable strategies, supporting operations, accounting, and service teams. Maintain accurate pipeline records and CRM documentation, supporting transparent reporting and performance tracking. Monitor industry trends and leverage professional networks to inform strategic decisions and business growth. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is a plus. 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations, preferably in live events, sports, entertainment, or hospitality. Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and networks. Strong negotiation, marketing, and client experience management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. High emotional intelligence, flexibility, and comfort navigating multiple teams, styles, and organizational cultures.
