This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President - Marketing in the United States. We are seeking a visionary marketing leader to own brand strategy, innovation, and communications for a major consumer beverage and dressing brand. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing marketing team, drive business results, and transform brand perception in a competitive market. You will partner across functions, including sales, R&D, and operations, to influence both top- and bottom-line growth. The position requires agility, creativity, and a data-driven approach to decision-making while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture. With significant responsibility for brand equity and P&L performance, you will have the chance to shape the long-term direction of a dynamic, fast-moving consumer brand. Accountabilities: • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that drive financial performance, consumer engagement, and long-term brand equity. • Lead the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns, communications, and product innovation initiatives, managing multi-million dollar budgets. • Own the P&L, using insights from consumer data and market trends to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. • Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment on strategic objectives and execution plans. • Lead brand reinvention initiatives and oversee innovation pipelines to meet evolving consumer needs and market opportunities. • Drive decision-making with analytics, consumer insights, and actionable recommendations that support both short-term objectives and long-term growth. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years of brand management experience, including responsibility for mid-to-large size brands. • Proven experience leading multi-million dollar marketing campaigns and cross-functional teams. • 5+ years of direct P&L ownership with demonstrated success driving top- and bottom-line results. • Strong track record in brand reinvention, innovation, and integrated marketing execution. • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing teams and organizational decision-making. • Comfortable with high levels of ambiguity, rapid decision-making, and significant travel (up to 50%).
