This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a UT/UTCD Data Analyst [Level 3] in Utah (USA). We are seeking an experienced UT/UTCD Data Analyst [Level 3] to support pipeline integrity and asset management projects within the oil and gas industry. The role involves analyzing in-line inspection (ILI) data, applying industry-standard anomaly assessment criteria, and preparing precise, customized reports for clients. The ideal candidate will work closely with project execution teams, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables while maintaining a solution-oriented, detail-focused approach. This position requires proficiency in UT/UTCD, EMAT, and other inspection technologies, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, technical environment. Travel may be required for internal training, meetings, and client site visits. Accountabilities Review customer requirements and ensure timely, accurate reporting of ILI results. Perform UTWM, UTCD, and EMAT data analysis and verification tasks. Identify pipeline features and anomalies within processed datasets using industry-accepted assessment criteria. Prepare, review, and approve technical reports, ensuring data quality and accuracy. Coordinate with project teams and management to maintain synchronized data and documentation. Evaluate software performance, user interfaces, and manuals; report and track any issues. Support updates to standard quality procedures and company documentation. Execute additional tasks assigned by the DA Team Leader, DA Manager, or executive team. Minimum 15 years of experience in UT/UTCD data analysis or in-line inspection data evaluation. Certification or ability to become certified as ILI PQ LIII Data Analyst in UTWM, UTCD, or EMAT technologies. Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field, or equivalent experience in in-line inspection data analysis. Strong analytical and technical proficiency; ability to learn proprietary software and use Microsoft applications. Excellent attention to detail, professional focus, and high-quality output standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information to clients and management. Ability to work extended periods at computer workstations, maintain focus, and multitask effectively. Willingness to travel for training, meetings, and site visits; flexibility to work across time zones and schedules. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, navigate industrial environments, and wear safety equipment as required. Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
