This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex TRIRIGA IWMS implementations in a fully remote environment. The TRIRIGA Application Developer will design, configure, and customize enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will mentor junior developers, provide technical reviews, and optimize system performance. This position allows you to leverage your technical expertise in TRIRIGA workflows, forms, reports, and custom coding while supporting clients in streamlining their facilities management operations. You will also participate in data migration, system architecture reviews, and integration efforts, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to client specifications. Accountabilities In this role, you will: · Interpret functional designs to perform system configuration, custom code development, and technical reviews. · Develop and implement TRIRIGA workflows, forms, reports, and custom user interfaces. · Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in TRIRIGA development. · Participate in requirements gathering sessions, develop project plans, timelines, and coordinate team activities. · Author architecture and key project documentation, and support system performance analysis and optimization. · Assist with data migration and integration tasks as needed, ensuring smooth transition to new IWMS solutions. The ideal candidate will have: · Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. · Proven experience in TRIRIGA application development, including configuration, customization, and coding. · Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, and HTML for custom functionality development. · Strong understanding of TRIRIGA modules, IWMS best practices, and compliance standards. · Experience performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers. · Knowledge of TRIRIGA system architecture, data models, and common performance optimization strategies. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. · Nice-to-have: experience with TRIRIGA cloud deployments, integration development, data migration, or other IWMS platforms.
