This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Therapy Manager in the United States. This role is designed for a clinical leader who can oversee and enhance the operations of outpatient behavioral health services. The Therapy Manager will ensure high-quality patient care while managing clinical workflows, supervising staff, and supporting operational excellence. You will serve as both a hands-on clinician and a leader, providing therapy services, clinical interventions, and case management while mentoring staff and implementing efficient processes. This position requires a balance of administrative oversight, clinical expertise, and collaborative leadership. The work environment emphasizes patient-centered care, teamwork, professional growth, and the flexibility of a remote-first setting. Your contributions will directly impact both the patient experience and the professional development of the clinical team. Accountabilities • Oversee daily operations of outpatient clinical services, ensuring adherence to quality, compliance, and regulatory standards. • Provide direct patient care, including individual therapy, family therapy, clinical interventions, crisis management, and case management. • Supervise and mentor clinical staff, providing guidance on clinical decision-making, workflow, and service delivery. • Develop and maintain efficient clinical workflows and processes to support patient care and organizational goals. • Monitor and report on clinical performance metrics, ensuring program excellence and accurate documentation. • Collaborate with leadership and external partners to enhance patient care and address systemic needs. • Participate in onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development of new clinical staff. Requirements • Active, unrestricted independent mental health licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in the applicable state. • Board certification or equivalent credentials to provide clinical supervision. • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in clinical supervision or management. • Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and patient care modalities. • Proficiency in documentation standards, compliance, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, provide mentorship, and foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment. • Comfortable with remote work while maintaining professional engagement and team cohesion.
