In this role, you will take charge of revenue generation and implement territory growth strategies while developing sales personnel. Your leadership is key to fostering client relationships and ensuring project execution meets the company's high standards. This remote position allows you to impact regions including California, Hawaii, and Nevada, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive success. \n Accountabilities Collaborate with the Region Director to develop and execute strategic business plans. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering collaboration across departments. Drive revenue growth by targeting new business opportunities in the sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Develop proposals, close deals, and manage customer accounts in collaboration with the sales team. Partner with engineering and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to foster a high-performance culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in a sales role within the construction or related industry; leadership experience preferred. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of engineering principles and construction processes. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software. Willingness to travel within territory 50% or more.
