This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Territory Sales Manager in the United States. In this role, you will manage and grow a defined territory by building long-term customer relationships and driving revenue growth for medical products. You will focus on value-based selling to hospitals, surgery centers, and IDNs, presenting clinically differentiated products while collaborating with internal teams and distribution partners. Your efforts will directly impact market penetration, account profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role offers significant travel within the territory and requires a self-motivated, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will have the opportunity to shape sales strategy, influence key stakeholders, and contribute to business expansion. \n Accountabilities: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and IDNs to grow product adoption. Executing value-based and clinical-focused sales strategies to expand existing business and penetrate new accounts. Collaborating with distribution partners to ensure contract placement, inventory availability, and proper positioning of products. Managing the sales process using Salesforce CRM, including forecasting, pipeline management, campaign execution, and reporting. Conducting on-site clinical presentations, product training, and account reviews with key stakeholders. Targeting and influencing Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Value Analysis teams to advance contracts and secure product adoption. Monitoring sales performance, tracking KPIs, and providing insights to optimize territory growth. Requirements: Candidates should meet the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 5 years of medical sales experience. Minimum 4 years of proven success selling medical products in hospitals, surgery centers, or IDNs. Expertise in clinical value-based selling and presenting to multi-departmental leaders or committees. Strong understanding of GPO and IDN landscapes. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with strategic account management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to travel extensively within the territory (up to 60%), including occasional weekend commitments. Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite.
