In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization in a specified region by commercializing novel radiopharmaceutical solutions. Your work will directly impact healthcare by providing transformative diagnostic and therapeutic agents, while also maintaining and growing key business relationships in the healthcare industry. Your innovative strategies and ability to engage with various medical professionals will drive the success of our partner's products in the marketplace. \n Accountabilities Engage with current customers and prospects to build and retain relationships Utilize market research to identify sales prospects and maximize contract opportunities Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute a sales plan Resolve operational issues requiring internal coordination Execute quarterly business reviews with clients and senior management Identify and close new business, while renewing current contracts Develop effective proposal presentations and responses to RFPs Maintain accurate territorial sales activity and documentation Navigate compliance with laws and company policies Collaborate with colleagues on achieving business objectives Document daily activities and update CRM systems Represent the company at trade association meetings Requirements Nuclear Medicine Degree or Bachelor of Science preferred, MBA desirable Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales or related fields, radiopharmaceutical industry preferred Knowledge of the healthcare industry and business acumen in sales Experience in developing and executing sales plans Familiarity with Miller Heiman strategic selling practices Strong time management and organizational skills Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment Understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Willingness to travel 75-90% of the time, including overnights Valid motor vehicle license with no restrictions Benefits 401(k) retirement benefit program Medical and dental care coverage Disability insurance Employee assistance program Life insurance Paid time off Vision care \n Why Apply Through Jobgether?
