In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of hiring within the fintech sector. You'll have the responsibility of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical candidates, ensuring that the hiring process is both efficient and pleasant for potential candidates. By collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will be able to deliver exceptional talent that meets the fast-paced needs of the organization. Your expertise will help build strong talent pipelines while optimizing processes for effective hiring. This position presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a more inclusive financial ecosystem. \n Accountabilities Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruiting for U.S. technical engineering and product roles, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source and engage candidates in niche technical markets. Candidate Management: Conduct screens, manage interview scheduling, and ensure accurate ATS documentation. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers on hiring progress and pipeline health. Process & Optimization: Identify process improvements and leverage automation/AI tools for enhanced recruiting efficiency. Requirements 3–6 years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in hiring software engineers and technical roles. Prior experience in fintech or similar regulated technology environments. Hands-on experience managing full-cycle U.S. hiring. Strong understanding of technical roles and interview processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-priority hiring environment.
