We are currently looking for a Technical Program Manager, Data Platform (L6) - Analytics Platform and Experience in the United States. This role focuses on driving high-impact programs across enterprise-scale data platforms and analytics developer experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to orchestrate platform modernization, developer tooling improvements, and large-scale data initiatives that enable data engineers and practitioners to work efficiently at scale. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical depth, and program execution skills to align teams, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery across complex environments. You will contribute to shaping the future of analytics infrastructure, influencing both infrastructure design and user-facing tooling, while managing multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone passionate about improving data platform experiences and driving measurable business impact through structured execution. Accountabilities · Lead and coordinate multiple cross-functional programs across data platform and analytics developer experience teams. · Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, ensuring successful delivery across orchestration systems, compute engines, and user-facing data tools. · Bring clarity and structure to complex, interdependent problems and define measurable milestones for program success. · Align technical and business stakeholders across infrastructure, product, security, and analytics to achieve shared goals. · Proactively manage risks, blockers, and program health while optimizing scope, schedule, and resources. · Drive adoption of best practices in platform infrastructure and developer tooling to enhance the overall data experience. · 10+ years of experience delivering technical programs in data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or developer tooling environments. · Proven success leading programs with cross-functional teams, balancing technical depth and broad stakeholder engagement. · Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions and actionable roadmaps. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience addressing both technical and executive audiences. · Hands-on approach, comfortable working with data, logs, and whiteboarding solutions. · Experience with big data technologies such as Spark, Trino, Druid, Snowflake, Flink, or equivalent tools is highly desirable. · Familiarity with notebook platforms, workflow orchestration, metadata systems, and ML/analytics enablement. · Understanding of data platform security, governance, and cost optimization in large-scale environments. · Agile, adaptable, and able to guide teams through change while maintaining delivery excellence. · Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $720,000, with flexible allocation between cash and stock options. · Comprehensive health plans, including mental health support. · 401(k) retirement plan with employer match. · Stock option program and flexible compensation structure. · Disability programs, life insurance, and serious injury benefits. · Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts. · Family-forming benefits and paid leave of absence programs. · Generous paid time off: full-time hourly employees accrue 35 days annually; full-time salaried employees have flexible time off.
