Accountabilities Lead the planning, sequencing, and development of product features and integrations. Translate user pain points and technical constraints into practical, scalable product solutions. Drive product adoption through documentation, training, and iterative improvements based on user feedback and data insights. Monitor product usage, identify trends and opportunities, and inform future roadmap decisions. Conduct user feedback sessions to validate assumptions and refine use cases. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to deliver high-quality products. Ensure transparency and alignment with internal and external stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. 3–5+ years of experience in product management or operations, preferably at an insurtech or B2B SaaS startup. Proven track record of managing successful product launches from conception to delivery. Strong technical acumen with the ability to convey engineering challenges to non-technical stakeholders. Highly organized with the ability to maintain complex documentation and systems. Experience collaborating with remote teams and third-party contractors. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Bonus: Familiarity with the insurance industry, including underwriting, claims, or policy administration workflows.
