In this role, you will be a vital member of the team responsible for creating products that enhance value-based care insights within partner practice EHR workflows. Your contributions are crucial to the priority transformation initiative for 2025 and 2026. You’ll collaborate with business owners, data analysts, designers, and engineers to establish project goals, define solution scopes, and measure impact. As the interface between strategic business owners and development, you’ll help shape high-impact products that can scale effectively. \n Accountabilities Partner with engineers, designers, and business owners to cultivate a shared vision for the problem space and priorities. Ongoing optimization of live user workflows and monitoring of key metrics & user feedback. Develop a deep understanding of requirements and perform solution design using data to support execution. Write detailed product specifications for new features, including business rationale and success criteria. Create short- and long-term roadmaps that deliver maximum value with minimum risk. Requirements 6+ years of product management experience in technology or SaaS product. Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with EHRs and point-of-care technologies. Capable of using data and primary research for solution design and business understanding. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
