Accountabilities: The Technical Product Manager, Analytics, is responsible for leading the delivery of analytics-focused products and ensuring alignment between business and technical teams: Translate business and product requirements into technical specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria. Collaborate with engineering and machine learning teams on data sourcing, model training, validation, and deployment strategies. Manage the backlog, track execution, and prioritize new product development and feature enhancements. Ensure technical health by monitoring performance, security, and scalability of analytics products. Create feature guides, internal training material, and source material for customer-facing content. Support regulatory compliance and accuracy validation for valuation or analytic models. Serve as the technical counterpart to the analytics product team, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical delivery. Candidates should demonstrate a combination of product management experience, technical expertise, and analytical skills: 5+ years of Agile product management experience with a focus on AI or analytics products. Strong technical background, with ability to engage on APIs, data pipelines, ML lifecycle, and system design trade-offs. Experience with developer-focused products and integrations. Exceptional communication skills to translate technical requirements and explain “why” to stakeholders. Proven collaboration skills and experience balancing user value with technical health. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and manage competing priorities. Experience in real estate, fintech, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
