As a Technical Product Implementation Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end software product implementation projects, ensuring that client requirements are accurately translated into actionable solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and department leaders to deliver successful outcomes while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You will contribute to process improvements, provide guidance on complex implementations, and support a variety of software product deployment types across the organization. Accountabilities: Lead assigned software product implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring client expectations are met. Translate product features and technical requirements into actionable implementation plans tailored to client needs. Provide technical and project management guidance to department leaders and clients. Maintain professional and timely communication with stakeholders, managers, and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle. Support execution of departmental plans, objectives, and goals. Participate in diverse software product implementation types and contribute to process improvement initiatives. 2+ years of experience with software configuration. 3โ5 years of backend revenue cycle management experience. 3 years of project management experience. Demonstrated ability to execute software product implementations across all phases of the project lifecycle. Strong knowledge of SQL and XML, with experience navigating database structures and joins. Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Proficiency in project management processes, data analysis, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams. Preferred: BA/BS degree and healthcare software implementation experience.
