We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development and continuous improvement of web-based systems in a growing, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will combine hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, guiding teams through architectural decisions and the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will help shape application architecture, oversee integrations, and promote best practices across the entire development lifecycle. Working with Java, modern front-end frameworks, APIs, and microservices, you will contribute to building secure, scalable, and maintainable applications. You will also mentor developers, strengthen code quality, and support DevOps and DevSecOps practices within agile teams. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong leader who enjoys solving complex challenges while empowering teams to innovate and grow. \n Accountabilities: Provide technical leadership to software development teams working in agile environments, ensuring alignment with project objectives and engineering standards. Define, evaluate, and review software architectures and technical solutions to support scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications. Contribute to the development, enhancement, and continuous evolution of web-based systems, combining hands-on coding with technical guidance. Mentor and support developers through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Design, develop, and oversee APIs and microservices, ensuring effective integration between applications and systems. Promote and support DevOps and DevSecOps practices to improve automation, deployment efficiency, security, and software delivery. Ensure adherence to development best practices, including code quality, application security, integration standards, and software testing. Facilitate technical decision-making and help resolve complex development challenges while encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or a degree in another discipline complemented by a postgraduate qualification in IT recognized by Brazil's Ministry of Education (MEC). Solid professional experience in web application development and a proven track record in technical leadership roles. Strong hands-on experience with Java and the development of web-based applications. Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as Angular or equivalent technologies. Strong understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and its application in software development. Practical experience designing, developing, and integrating SOAP and RESTful APIs. Knowledge of microservices architecture, system integration patterns, and distributed application design. Experience with DevOps and DevSecOps practices, including software delivery, automation, and application security. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Knowledge of object storage and unstructured data solutions, such as MinIO or S3-compatible storage platforms. Demonstrated experience leading technical activities within agile teams, reviewing solutions, guiding developers, and making sound architectural decisions. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into reliable technical solutions.
