Furthermore, your contributions to process improvement and special projects will enhance talent attraction initiatives. \n Accountabilities Develop and implement customized recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through diverse sourcing methods. Collaborate with hiring managers to provide guidance throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Deliver exceptional candidate experiences at every stage of the hiring process. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to recruitment. Participate in special projects focused on talent attraction and acquisition. Requirements Passion for recruitment with creativity in attraction strategies. Proven ability to build trust and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Strong curiosity and quick thinking skills. Solid understanding of recruitment requirements and regulations in Canada and the United States. Fluent communication skills in English, with proficiency in French considered a strong asset. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technology or GovTech.
