The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead a high-performing recruiting team and oversee end-to-end hiring operations across multiple business functions. This role combines strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruiting execution to attract top talent and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will partner closely with business leaders to align hiring goals with organizational growth, develop recruiting strategies for critical talent segments, and optimize processes for efficiency and effectiveness. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, you will track performance metrics, manage recruiting operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
