In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team that focuses on delivering industry-leading managed services for cloud-native data platforms. Your expertise will help shape solutions that address complex data challenges faced by global enterprises. You will lead efforts in data administration and offer impactful insights that drive data-driven decisions. Join us in transforming data into actionable knowledge for our clients. \n Accountabilities Administer and manage Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud including security and user access. Troubleshoot refresh failures and improve Tableau report performance. Design and implement large-scale data solutions on platforms like Snowflake and AWS. Create and optimize Tableau reports and dashboards. Provide performance tuning recommendations for Tableau Server. Lead data migrations to cloud platforms ensuring integration across systems. Implement automation for platform reliability and productivity. Establish best practices for platform security and Data Governance. Deliver consulting for deploying and managing Tableau solutions. Run client communications and manage operations effectively. Respond to incidents and resolve complex production issues. Document best practices and develop training materials. Collaborate with various teams and mentor junior engineers. Requirements 10+ years in architecting and implementing cloud-native data solutions. 5+ years of experience with Tableau Server and/or Tableau Cloud. Strong client-facing communication and project management skills. Cloud service expertise, especially with AWS and Azure. Experience in enterprise data platform operations and incident response. Knowledge in Tableau Server maintenance and upgrades. Strong SQL skills for debugging and optimizing queries. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tooling.
