Full Description

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Agile Six. We are currently looking for a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager in the United States. We are seeking a Strategic Partner Engagement Manager to lead the adoption and success of a new digital platform used by federal and state agencies. This role will manage the end-to-end partner program, including agreement negotiation, onboarding, training, and continuous support. You will translate agency workflows into actionable plans, drive platform adoption, and proactively resolve pain points through cross-functional coordination. The position also involves cultivating a multi-agency partner community, capturing insights, and providing feedback to shape the product roadmap. You will serve as a bridge between agency stakeholders and internal teams, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term relationship growth. This high-impact role requires strategic thinking, exceptional communication, and the ability to facilitate collaboration in a remote, agile environment. Note: This position is anticipated, pending contract award response. Accountabilities • Agreement orchestration – Lead engagement, negotiation, and execution of partnership agreements, capturing legal, security, and financial requirements in reusable templates. • Use-case translation & onboarding playbooks – Work with agency program owners to map workflows into platform configurations and publish role-based onboarding guides. • Training & change management – Design and deliver live, virtual, and on-demand training, supporting knowledge-base articles, micro-learning videos, and office hours. • Community cultivation – Establish and moderate a multi-agency partner community across Slack/Teams, virtual meet-ups, and open Q&A forums. • Community insights loop – Gather feedback, discussion trends, and feature ideas; package findings as actionable insights for product and leadership teams. • Success metrics & analytics – Build partner-health dashboards tracking adoption KPIs such as time-to-first-award, NPS, and ticket resolution; feed insights to internal stakeholders. • Pain-point triage & escalation – Run structured feedback loops, prioritize and resolve onboarding blockers, and escalate cross-functional issues as needed. • Community co-design facilitation – Lead the onboarding subgroup within the partner co-design group and publish quarterly retrospectives. • Contribute to hiring, outreach, and communities of practice as time allows; responsibilities may evolve organically with team needs. • 7+ years of experience in partner success, customer onboarding, implementation consulting, user experience research, or strategic account management. • Demonstrated success negotiating and executing complex partnership agreements in public-sector or highly regulated environments. • Experience building or moderating online communities, such as customer success forums or public-sector user groups. • Proven ability to develop and deliver training programs for diverse stakeholders. • Strong skills in capturing and reporting success metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement. • Excellent facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills within cross-functional, remote, agile teams. • Experience leveraging AI tools and services to support partner success and a willingness to explore AI-driven solutions. • Must have lived and worked in the United States for at least 3 of the last 5 years; occasional travel may be required. Desired qualifications: Experience with federal grants-management processes or platforms, familiarity with human-centered design and agile delivery, and background working with HHS, VA, or other federal/state health agencies. U.S. Veterans are encouraged to apply. • Competitive salary ($156,139) with equitable pay practices. • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for all employees. • 401(k) matching and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. • Employer-paid short- and long-term disability and life insurance. • Generous paid time off, federal holidays, and floating holidays. • Paid parental leave. • Self-managed professional development and wellness budgets. • Flexible, self-managed work/life balance in a fully remote environment.
