In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and integration of strategic creative and content initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. You will work closely with creative, marketing, operations, and technology teams to translate vision into actionable plans, drive adoption of new tools and workflows, and optimize creative processes. You will also define and track success metrics, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance overall team productivity and business impact. Accountabilities: Build and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and milestones for creative and content initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing operations, brand, and IT/technology partners to ensure successful rollout of tools and programs. Drive adoption of new technologies, workflows, and upskilling initiatives across the team. Identify opportunities to optimize creative processes, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project impact on team performance and business outcomes. Communicate plans, timelines, and progress clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement. Stay current with industry trends and creative technology, recommending practical applications to enhance team capabilities. 5โ7+ years of experience in content strategy, creative operations, marketing project management, or related fields. Proven ability to manage complex projects, break down goals into actionable milestones, and prioritize effectively. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in fast-paced environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement. Comfortable working with technical partners and learning new tools, including AI-driven content and design applications. Nice to have: experience in financial services, creative agencies, certification in project management (PMP, Agile), or familiarity with AI tools for creative automation.
