We are seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver high-impact corporate IT initiatives across diverse technical domains. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects ranging from identity and access management (IAM) and AI initiatives to infrastructure upgrades and mergers & acquisitions (M&A). You will serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with exceptional project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary IT programs. Accountabilities • Lead the full lifecycle of IT programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. • Manage projects across corporate IT domains such as IAM, AI, M&A, application integrations, office expansions, and infrastructure/networking upgrades. • Serve as the primary liaison for project stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing risks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. • Define project scope, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and track progress to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements. • Implement and manage a standardized IT project intake process to prioritize initiatives and optimize departmental resources. • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. • Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with standards. • Provide technical guidance to project teams, ensuring solutions meet corporate IT requirements and best practices. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, technical requirements, and status reports. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • 8+ years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in corporate IT program management. • Proven experience managing technical programs, particularly in IAM, M&A, infrastructure, or networking projects. • Strong understanding of corporate IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, cloud platforms, and security protocols. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Comfortable navigating projects with evolving requirements and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: • Direct experience in Agile environments. • Proficient in project management and ticketing tools for tracking and intake. • Experience using wikis for project documentation and communication. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
