In this role, you will be a senior technical leader, responsible for building sophisticated, user-centric applications across web and mobile platforms. You will shape the development of next-generation digital products that drive engagement, deliver revenue, and elevate user experience. The role offers a balance of hands-on coding, architectural decision-making, and mentoring, empowering you to influence both product strategy and engineering practices. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex requirements into high-quality solutions. This position is ideal for someone passionate about innovative design, scalable systems, and fostering technical excellence within an engineering team. \n Accountabilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of new products and features across web and mobile platforms. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering leadership to define technical requirements, architecture, and user experience strategies. Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to technical design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Set high technical standards, ensuring robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. Mentor and guide engineers, providing feedback on system architecture, API design, and best practices. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, sharing knowledge and elevating team capabilities. Requirements: 7+ years of experience building rich, user-centric applications for web and/or mobile platforms. Strong expertise in React and/or React Native, including deep understanding of associated ecosystems and libraries. Excellent design sensibility and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually compelling interfaces. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. Strong ownership mentality with the ability to drive projects independently from start to finish.
