We are seeking an experienced Staff Software Engineer specializing in mobile applications to lead the development of next-generation iOS solutions. In this role, you will architect scalable frameworks, integrate hybrid technologies, and drive performance optimizations for applications used by thousands of field professionals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflows and maintain high-quality standards. Accountabilities Lead the development of high-performance native iOS applications using Swift. Architect and design scalable mobile frameworks and features that serve thousands of users daily. Integrate hybrid frameworks (React Native, Flutter, Capacitor) with native applications while optimizing performance and user experience. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver business-impacting solutions. Leverage AI tools (LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Google Gemini, Cursor, Windsurf) to enhance development speed, code quality, and app performance. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Implement best practices in code quality, architecture, performance optimization, and shared state management (TCA). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). 10+ years of mobile application development experience, with a strong focus on iOS. Expert proficiency in Swift and experience with SwiftUI. Proven experience in architecting and designing scalable mobile applications or frameworks. Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL and hybrid frameworks integration. Knowledge of TCA, MVI architecture patterns, and CI/CD pipelines (Bitrise, GitHub Actions). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship skills. Preferred: Master’s or PhD, technical leadership experience, experience with AI-assisted development tools, and automated testing.
