We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Mobile Engineer to lead the development and optimization of a cross-platform mobile application built with React Native. In this role, you will provide technical leadership, mentor the mobile development team, and architect scalable solutions for iOS and Android platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to ensure feature parity with web applications while driving performance, stability, and best practices. Accountabilities: As a Staff Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical excellence and scalability of the mobile application. Key responsibilities include: Lead the mobile development team, providing mentorship and technical guidance. Architect and implement features for iOS and Android, ensuring high performance and reliability. Maintain feature parity between mobile and web platforms. Optimize app performance, stability, and responsiveness. Implement robust testing strategies and maintain high test coverage. Improve CI/CD processes and deployment workflows using tools like Fastlane. Collaborate with product management, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Review code, identify technical debt, and ensure adherence to coding standards. Stay current with mobile development trends and React Native best practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation and a passion for delivering high-quality mobile experiences. Required qualifications include: 7+ years of professional experience in mobile development with React Native. Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript. Proven experience developing and maintaining cross-platform applications for iOS and Android. Experience with state management solutions such as Redux. Strong knowledge of RESTful API integration.
